job. Must have good communication and leadership skills,
be able to read blueprints, know paints thoroughly and
where they go, and have the ability to place painters in
the right position to finish the job in a fast and
efficient time frame. |

| Minimum 10 years experience with knowledge
of the OSHA handbook and can assist in maintaining the
excellent safety tradition of Sparkle Painting.
Responsible for inspecting lifts, scaffolding, and
painters in the field to ensure they are up to code.
Also required to lead our respiratory and drug testing
programs. |

in blueprint reading and take offs. Must have good
communication skills and the ability to take on a
steep learning curve. |

experience with a great attitude and desire for learning
and the ability to handle the fast pace of the
commercial painting trade. Must be experienced in
caulking, brush and roller painting, and taping vinyl
base. The ability to spray latex and specialty coatings
a plus. |
